1 、Interest 利率

① Nominal risk-free rate = real risk-free rate + expected inflation rate 名義利率

② Required interest rate on a security = nominal risk-free rate + default risk premium + liquidity

premium + maturity risk premium ( 要求回報(bào)率 = 無(wú)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)利率 + 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)溢價(jià))

③ EAR = (1 + periodic rate) m -1 = （1 + r / m) m -1

Notes：the greater the compounding frequency, the greater the EAR will be in comparison to the stated rate.

2 、Annuity 年金

① Ordinary annuity: 普通年金（期末付息）

② Annuity due: 先付年金（期初付息）

③ Perpetuity: 永續(xù)年金

3 、Statistical methods

① Descriptive statistics 是用來(lái)總結(jié)大型數(shù)據(jù)集的重要特征。如均值、中位數(shù)、眾數(shù)等

② Inferential statistics 是根據(jù)一個(gè)小型數(shù)據(jù)集的主要特征，來(lái)對(duì)一個(gè)大型數(shù)據(jù)集進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)，估計(jì)或者推斷

4、Types of measurement scales 尺度的種類(lèi)

① Nominal scales: 名義尺度

② Ordinal scales: 順序尺度，可排序

③ Interval scales: 區(qū)間尺度，可排序，可加減

④ Ratio scales: 比例尺度，可排序，可加減，可乘除
