1、Sources of conflict

Conflict is the clash of opposing forces :

Power and resources are limited -- compete for them

Have their own goals, interests and priorities - which may be Incompatible.

2、Conflict resolution

It is a wide range of methods of addressing sources of conflict.

Processes of conflict resolution generally include negotiation, mediation, diplomacy and creative peace building.

3、Conflict avoidance

Avoid or postpone conflict by ignoring it. changing the subject. As a temporary measure to buy time or as an

expedient means minor, non-recurring conflicts.

4、Managing interpersonal conflicts

Communkate

The first step in any conflict or difficulty should be direct, informal discussion with the person concerned.

Negotiate

Where interests or styles are genuinely incompatible, may need to work together to explore a range of options that will at least partially satisfy both parties.

Separate

If personality clash is the main source of conflict, you may have to arrange (or request) a way of dealing with the other person as little as possible.
