5) Joint Venture 合資企業(yè)
share resources and activities to pursue a given strategy. This could range from a formal Joint Venture,through franchising to a looser collaboration such as airline code-sharing.有些國家有政策壁壘，不能直接開發(fā)，必須合資開發(fā)；又比如：天合聯(lián)盟
